Single Window System
To facilitate film shooting in the state, a single window system has been implemented allowing all kinds of clearances required within a time frame of 3-5 days.
National Film Award
Uttarakhand was also awarded the 66th national Film Award and a special mention for film friendly environment by the Govt.of India, In the Year 2017.
Subsidy
There is a provision of subsidy up to 25 lakh for regional filmmakers and 1.5 crore for Hindi film makers if 75% of the shooting is done in Uttarakhand.

Our mission started in 2013 and since then our company has developed to work with various OTT platforms like Voot, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. We are also involved in the making of various advertisements like Flipkart, Panasonic, Airtel and Paytm. More recently, Filmuttarakhand has done a number of featured films with production houses from Mumbai and Delhi.We aim at supporting & developing Uttarakhand as a strong base for mainstream Film & Television productions further attracting & promoting tourism in the state, and also support the local talent in the region as well.
